Unlocking Privatized files
Boot in Safe Mode (During startup keep tapping the F8 key, select Safe Mode. If you see the windows logo its too late, restart your PC)
Browse to where the locked files are.
Right Click on Folder
Left Click on Properties
Select the Security Tab.
Select Advanced.
Select Owner Tab
Select Owner in the Name Window
Check Replace owner…
Click OK
Wait a long time possibly
When a prompt comes up say: Yes
Reboot
